• Artist Cancellations: In the rare event we must cancel, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund of any deposits paid.

• Henna Stains: The longevity and color of henna stains depend on individual skin type, aftercare, and exposure to water or chemicals. We are not responsible for variations in final results.
• Allergy Disclaimer: While we use high-quality, natural ingredients, please inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities before booking. We are not liable for adverse reactions.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule depending on availability.

4. Usage of Images and Content

• Photography Consent: By booking our services, you agree that we may take and share photos of completed henna work for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
• Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content on our website and social media belong to Pariti Hand Art. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
